I'm proud to announce that Anne Braly of the Chattanooga Times News Free
Press is going to do a story on our UTC Cookbook complete with pictures and
recipes Wednesday, November 28th.  I had gone to meet with her at the
newspaper last week and to take her a copy of the cookbook. She in turn met
with the ERC yesterday and told us she and the staff were very impressed
with the cookbook and it's size and was more than happy to do the article.
You as a campus should be very proud of your participation in helping make
the cookbook a success.  If you have not purchased cookbooks for yourself or
for holiday gifts, I would urge you to do so because we won't have enough
time to do a reprint before Christmas and this article will probably boost
the sales tremendously.  They are still at the bookstore and are $15.00
each.  You must pay by check or cash.  Have a happy Thanksgiving.
