Hello Donna and Dave :)
Orbit's solution is worth looking at...

The "proprietary encryption" won't sail because anyone can go to ebay
and buy a 3k... and software... or heck there are lots of people out there
willing to sell me a 3k with software as long as I have dead presidents I
can get anything :) hehehe

Thanks,
Art "3k's live forever :) " Bahrs

Subject: [HP3000-L] PCI Compliance and Encrypted HP Backups

Has anyone out there found a solution for the HP 3000 that creates
encrypted
backups? We are going through our PCI requirements, and this is an item
that
is listed. The hardware we need to make this work on are N Class servers,
and
also K class servers. So if you know of a Software or Hardware based
solution
please let me know. Thanks.
