Could someone do something about the nasty state of the stairwell and 
landing next to the elevator off parking lot 11?  The trash container on 
the landing has been overflowing since Homecoming weekend, and the 
stairwell has been used as a urinal for many months now.  It is not only 
disgusting to have to wade through fresh bodily fluids every day, it is 
also a health risk.  Those stairs should be hosed down daily!
