Thank you so much for putting someone in charge of cleaning up the area 
near the elevator off Lot 11.  The trash was picked up by yesterday at 6:00 
p.m. when I left for the day, and this morning a young man was busy 
scrubbing the stairs and landing with soap and water.  It looks and feels 
so much better in there.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.
