Mark, this link points to the MSDE edition of SQL2K, however, the CD
that comes with the text book contains the MS SQL Server 2000 Enterprise
Edition.

Did you set up a password when you ran the setup program? You cannot
leave the
SAPWD blank or it will not work. Check out point 3.4.3 in your README
file.
