I just want to know what bank will give you 6.78% interest on your 
money....around here about the best you can get is 5.25% with a minimum 
deposit of around $100,000...

I would also consider asking my lender to lower my interest rate from 6.78% 
without having to start the loan over. My credit union did that twice for me 
over the years for a flat fee of $500 each time. The time to recover that $500 
was less than a year each time and will save thousands over the life of the 
loan.
