ok...i'll bite....
HP3000L is the name of this email list. it is not a machine model. there are a couple of ways to determine the machine's model. there may be something on the front....a plate or label molded into the plastic...that will id the machine. another is to check the back. there, you'll find a model number...probably in a 'A1234A' format. that can also be used to help identify the machine.
whether or not your 3000 can run apache depends on it's model and os-level. (yeah -- it's a server, not a workstation) - d
