Thanks to all who responded........
I set the NMMGR settings to turn off auto-negotiate and turn on full duplex.
When I do a Linkcontrol @,A it shows that it perceives Full Duplex:

So, that appears to be working correctly. The switch still thinks the
connection is Half, even with recycling the power and changing
ports on the switch. I'm not sure what the problem is...or if there
is a problem, but again, thank you all.
