Just a reminder to be looking for your best recipes while you're off 
for the upcoming holiday and turn them in either to me here in 
Purchasing or if you are non-exempt, turn them into your 
representative from the ERC. We need meat, vegetable, and casserole 
dishes, desserts, breads, salads, etc, basically just a good variety 
and you may turn in as many as you want.  Be sure your name is at the 
bottom of your recipes and please print them or type them.  We're 
going to start sorting these recipes out in a few weeks and we need 
you to be a part of this by getting them to us soon.  We are getting 
very positive responses about the cookbook and you can help us make 
it a success.  Enjoy your holiday and make it a safe one.
