Claims for expenses incurred in 2006 must be submitted to the Office of
Human Resources, 207 Race Hall, by 5 PM Thursday, April 26.

 

 Please be sure to write at the top right hand side of the claim form to
which in year the claim is to be filed against; ie 2006 or 2007.

 

 By submitting early, it will allow time for review by UT Knoxville
Payroll Systems Wide personnel in case the claims are not acceptable.

 

Reminder:  IRIS changes in deadline dates to the Flexible Benefits Plan.


 

Employees who have a balance at the end of 2006 may submit additional
expenses incurred within the first 2-1/2 months of calendar 2007 (March
15, 2007)for reimbursement. The actual claims for the expenses incurred
in 2006 must be submitted by 5 pm on April 26.
