Subject: [UTCINFO] New IKON Graphic Services Contract

Campus Colleagues,

 

I want to announce an exciting new development on our campus.  IKON
Office Solutions has been awarded a 10-year contract to operate UTC
Graphic Services (including copy services), and Mail Services.  This
contract will bring a variety of new opportunities for expanded services
and cost savings to departments and students.

 

Although the contract does not go into effect until July 1,
representatives from IKON will begin to work on our campus soon to meet
with departments and introduce new services. Transition from the current
vender to IKON will be ongoing during the next few months, and every
effort will be made to make the transition as seamless as possible for
departmental and individual users.

 

Special thanks goes to Cindee Pulliam and Debbie Parker, who chaired the
committee, and to its members: DeeDee Anderson, Bob Boyer, Chuck
Cantrell, Bill Johnson, Theresa Liedtka, Verbie Prevost, Jeff Romero,
and Clint Smullen; and to Jeannie Hill for providing outstanding support
to the effort.

 

Please offer your support and input to IKON and the campus
implementation team as they work to improve service on our campus.
