don't try to change this file while you're in the shell (because you'll be holding the file open).  'vi' can be run from the colon prompt.  don't use a bytestream unaware editor!  check your rwx when you're done.  (755 creates system-wide happiness.)

for the mildly curious -- 3.2.0 translates into the second (2) sunday (0) of march (3).  i'll leave the other as a reader exercise ;-)

and obtw....if our friends in washington get another hair and decide to muck with dst again, the export will be wrong.      - d
