Disallow file equation:

Passes a value indicating whether or not MPE/iX file equations are
allowed. A leading * in a formal file designator overrides the setting
to disallow FILE.

Default: 0

File type:

Passes a value indicating the internal record structure used to access
records in the file. If the file is old, this option is ignored.
Specifying an itemnum=5 value other than zero overrides this option.
This option is applicable only at file creation.

Dynamic locking:

Passes a value enabling/disabling file locking for the file. When
specified, the FLOCK and FUNLOCK intrinsics can be used to dynamically
permit/restrict concurrent access to a disk file by other processes at
specified times.

(ASC) Not used for asynchronous devices.
