I "think" fairly certain if they don't have a fixed IP then you're
pretty much out of luck.

(Why ... is their box on DHCP?)

That pretty much leaves you with: 

1) e-mailing the data

2) Getting the customer to log in and "get" the data instead of having
your HP3000 "put" the data.
