What page did you find that link on?

I only found one reference to the Telamon web site (which no longer exists)
and have removed it. 

All the software references on the site point to the ftp server, which still
does exist, though I don't know for how long.

Telamon, the company where the software you were referring to was originally
written (by Randy Meddd) was bought by VyTek, then later Vytek was bought by
CalAmp... For the TelAlert products. I don't believe the current company
(CalAmp) has any interest in the old Hp3000 stuff? Though I don't know that
for sure.

In any case, Randy is no longer with CalAmp either, and I believe he was the
one keeping the ftp site under the old telamon domain alive. I don't know
what the status of that site will be for much longer.
