If you are using Qedit, the try the following
/TQ OMS2100S
Qedit (along with other editors) tries to establish what's in your file
- typically looking at the first few records to see if the file is
numbered or unnumbered. If you're trying to look at a data file, then
Qedit can get confused unless you tell it to open the file as an
unnumbered file.

For database Locks, the tool undedlok.prvxl.telesup may help as well -
at least to show the locks, not neccessarily to unlock PIDs.
