Command logging only works if you have HP Security Monitor and
had defined which commands to log.
You will have to get the product or do without the information.

Subject: [HP3000-L] Logging Parameter 245 or 145?
If I have logging parameter 145 turned on (and it has been turned on a
long time since before a reboot,) but I go into LOGTOOL and search for
type 145 (I also used 245,) why is it I cannot find a single CI command
issued?
You'd think I'd at least spot an ABORTJOB, a STOPSPOOL, or LISTF or
something.
And why is it 245 in LOGTOOL and 145 in SYSGEN anyway?
