i guessing you mean the email client? if so, what version are you on? i've currently got A.02.18 installed. i've noticed that good improvements have been regularily made to this program and it's worthwhile to check the website every so often.
i've not heard any complaints (here) about not being able to literally run this program. otoh, i don't think we try to run it out of mpex.
when we use the program, we typically use the variables to set-up the 'to' list (for example). to find out what the mail program can do, just run it without any parameters. imo, the '-i' switch shouldn't work in batch because it's meant for inactive prompting. - d

Telamon doesn't have their website anymore, it leads you to useless
CalAmp products.
Some things I've already noticed:
You can't run it with the RUN command, "Implied" run is the only way it
works.
The prompting "-i" feature doesn't work in batch.
You only get 512 characters of string input in batch. (So if you have a
lot of addressees, you must send the same e-mail over again with a new
list of addressees.)
It fails within MPEX in batch (maybe it has something to do with input
string ending a line with "&" and starting a new line with "!".) It
seems to be required.
