I've been in MPE for a while now but is it correct that you need SM caps 
to change account passwords for accounts that you're AM capped for ? I 
always thought that if you had AM caps on the user / account you would be 
able to change the account passwords.

Changing the MGR user password doesn't appear to be an issue so why should 
the account password be one ?
