That first line should be your clue.
Remember this file is a STD (Store 2 disk) file.
After you FROMBYTE it, (yes I used a verb), you need to restore from it.

:FILE S=TZTABstd;dev=disc
:restore *s;@[log in to unmask]@;show; (keep)
