Jeff,
A pin spec of 0 (zero) means use the issuers own pin. The 150 is
probably (can't be certain with out a SHOWQ ;STATUS) the top of the
ONLINE (CS) queue.
I would guess someone is trying to make their processes more important
than the other online users. 150 may even be slightly higher than the CS
queue, which means they have a higher priority.
