Fellow listers,

Does anyone have any experience with purging all data
from a system prior to a decommisioning that would
satisfy, say HIPPA, requirements?
I have a brute force method of doing a reinstall and
then creating huge spool files to reuse the space but
I'm open to any alternative methods that would insure
that all traces of the databases are gone from all of
the 90+ drives.
TIA.
