That's not a platry salary, if I'm reading the right position ...
about $51K annually? Unless I'm looking at the wrong position. I
realize the median salary in CA is probably substantially higher than
here in OK, but $51K is a good position here. Surely it's not
poverty-level wages on the coast.

You seem to feel insulted that someone would offer that wage for that
job. Now it may not be an attractive option for you, but for someone
else it might. No need to run down the job, the school, or the poster
for posting it.
