That's not the main problem if you need a job and have no skills other than 
the 3000 and aren't qualified to bag groceries because you still haven't 
mastered the phrase "would you like paper or plastic?".

I think you can still get a decent house in the Central Valley for about 
$200 a square foot.  

The main problem, which Jose conveniently neglected to mention, is that its 
probably 100+ degrees most of the summer in Madera.
