Looking for SCSI to Fibre Bridge A5814A-003

Does anyone have a SCSI to Fiber bridge?  Part number  A5814A-003.  It has to 
have the "003" to work because we are hooking up  through a switch.  We are 
connecting a 9X9 system to a VA array through a  switch.  We need to go SCSI to 
Fiber.
