we've got an old cobol program that's calling suprtool....that's having
trouble.

the version of suprtool2 in the library is (i believe) 4.2...at least
according to this:

i have documentation for calling suprtool version 4.4 and the control
area in the documentation doesn't match the above code.

does anyone have documentation for calling suprtool version 4.2?  if
so, please let me know.       - d
