Ravenland, 

Thank you for all the suggestions. I am moving at the end of the month
to a nicer place.  I got the landlord to release the contract.
Unfortunately I have to pay all moving expenses.  I got a lawyer's
advise and he recommended to get out and to file a complain against the
property. 

 

I want to thank you for your help and concern in this matter.
