Reggie,

Generally the FTP server uses the job JINETD.NET.SYS, the configuration file needs to specify the FTP process (don't comment it out), the configuration file is usually INETDCFG.NET.SYS.

To see if it is available just try FTP'ng to the HP3k.

From a windows command prompt

FTP HP3k
