if you read the article, there is failure on the parents side, obviously 
but also on the government. As often, the special interest group gotten 
richer.
Yep, he done it again. Like Halliburton, Exxon and many others.

Found today an Exxon gas-station about 3 miles away from where I normally 
fill-up.
Almost 20cents cheaper. Reason: Another gas-station has a promotion.
Is that price-goughing everywhere else?
