spammer killed the company when they tried to fight back....

(a) Find a smurf amplifier netblock[s] (http://www.powertech.no/smurf/).

(b) Send your 32760-byte pings to the broadcast address[es] of (a) with a
spoofed source address of Tracy's "friend".
