I did not realize that anyone that worked on Qantel equipment was still
around. I replaced a Qantel system at my company back in 1990 with an
HP3000 series 925. Boy, was everyone here glad to see it go! It took
forever to complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end processing. What
a slow box! Three weeks ago during remodeling at the office, I found the
Qantel name plate and thought that I was having a nightmare and the last
twenty years had been a dream. Thank goodness I woke up.
