Thanks for the reply, Dave.

This was a totally clean setup on a new computer.  We
copied files through the network.  NAV with the latest
defs shows nothing when run even in safe mode.  We
have all the latest Windows patches in place.

I tried some of the "fixes" I found using Google (such
as turning off NAV Outgoing Mail Scan, changing OE to
not send emails automatically, etc.) to no avail.

The curious thing is that it is only this one user who
has a problem (and we configure all our PC's the
same), and she has had it on two completely different
PC's.  It sure sounds like a virus, except the email
she sends are not infected.
