Wisconsin has recently passed a new law (at the behest of the Fed) that
forces parents to go out and buy a booster seat for any kids up through
(and including) 8 year olds (the previous law required booster seats for
up to 6 year olds). Wisconsin is also trying to pass a new law that
will allow 8 year olds to go hunting (currently, I think you have to be
12 years old to hunt).
Yup, that's priceless...you've got your 8 year old strapped into a
booster seat holding a deer rifle!!
Have a great week,

Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty and
well preserved body, but rather to skid in
broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming:
-- WOW!!! What a Ride
