Kent, if you're going to use AUTODEFER, then make sure you have your DB
backed up!

You certainly wouldn't want to do this for a production database, but I
think you are
trying to load a large dataset.
So
You will need exclusive access, for about 1 minute.
RUN DBUTIL.PUB.SYS
>> ENABLE DB FOR AUTODEFER
>> EXIT
Also if you have OMNIDEX indexes
RUN DBINSTAL.PUB.DISC
>choose db
>SET TPI NOXM
Or you could remove the indexes and then add them after you load the
dataset.
