1) MPEX does the same as Qedit 
2) Windows calculator (under view) has a "scientific" option - allows
you to do hex/decimal/octal/binary arithmetic and convert from one 2
t'other.

Can someone explain to me how to convert into a user friendly
displayable value?
 
How do I translate the "E0" and " 9AD0" byte values to numeric values
that "makes sense?"
(such as 256 bytes, 512 bytes etc etc......)
