I have a 947 that I keep in my basement to use as a test system. It has
been some time since the machine has been powered up and it has been moved
since the last time I used it. This included removing and reconnecting all
cables including the FW SCSI to the 6000 disk enclosure. The disk encloser
contains two of my 5 system volumes.
When I try to boot the system, things proceed normally until I reach the
"Entering - System I/O Configuration" section. At that point, it hangs.
ODE MAPPER shows what I believe to be all the appropriate devices on all the
right addresses.
Any suggestions on how to proceed to track this problem down?
