I want to publicly thank the folks at UTC's help desk. I lost the power
supply on my computer yesterday in the middle of prepping class syllabi and
other beginning-of-the-semester paperwork. I called the help desk in a
panic and 24 hours later had a working computer back on my desk. These guys
were responsive and courteous.
