hi all!

i finally got a documented, but-never-done change made to sysconf.  the
job itself is unchanged in it's functionality...however....

the job itself is now a 'template' and you'll need to also get a copy
of the script that knows how to modify the template.  (short version is
-- you don't have to modify the job anymore...the script does it for
you :-)
