As you will see from my email address, I am in the .uk domain.

So if it is that ARIN code you are talking about, and not the one at
        http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/news.aspx?id=11443
then UK would be correct.

As Larry has correctly observed, UK = GB + NI, so if you chose to use
GB, then you would need to know if any of the addresses are in Northern
Ireland, and code them differently.
