Environment is 7.0 on a Series A400

Never had a system fault on this machine before...the error message
looks like something from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy...wondered
if anyone had seen anything like this before:

Alert Level: 12 = software failure
Source Detail: 0 = unknown, no source stated SOURCE-ID: 0
Problem Detail: 0 = no problem detail
Caller Activity: B = system panic STATUS: 7
Caller Subactivity: 00 = implementation dependent
Reporting Entity Type: E = HP-UX REPORTING ID: 00
<<some hex strings>> type 20 = major change in system state
<<some hex strings>> type 11 = Timestamp 02/07/1970 14:25:10

The only thing missing was a message to put on my peril sensitive
glasses and DON'T PANIC. I rebooted the 3000 and it came up
just fine. The first indication there was a problem was no more
connection to the 3000 over our Lan. Any ideas?
