Me too, with Don and Bjorn on this.
I'll always be happy to hear/read anything that Dave wants to say, but
as far as I'm concerned, he is under no obligation whatsoever to
explain, make a comment or respond to this or any other published
report about the tragic incident, not in this forum or any other one.
