And I had considered joining you two. But 'recent developments'  made a
trip in November impossible. That's why I'm going to Bali and Komodo in
December. And will of course not cancel.

He should. The bugger has not responded to my latest mail. He's probably
still in shock because I announced my plans to travel to Israel next year.
