A suggestion to those who have still not been able to get
in touch with people in the New Orleans area.

I have friends in the New Orleans area that I have been trying
to get in touch with since Katrina and I have not had any luck.
I keep getting "All circuits are busy, please try your call again later".
A friend suggested that I try text messaging them on their cell phone.
That seems to work much better than voice.    I tried it with two
friends and was successful.
