Due to the popularity of our first Ballroom Dance class that filled up, we
have opened up another session which is also filling up fast.  But, here's
another chance for you to join in on that class and others coming up:



Introduction to Ballroom Dance

Thursdays, Sept. 15- Nov. 3, 2005

8- 9 pm

$100 per person or $170 per couple



Quilting with Paper Pieces (an easy way to learn how to quilt)

Computer Skills for the Workplace- $79

Learn the fundamental computer skills you need to succeed in today's

Food & Fitness to Fight Cancer- $79

Improve your health and decrease your risk of cancer by adding sound
nutrition and wellness principles to your daily life. In this course, you'll
work with an expert instructor and a supportive community of students to
assess your diet, make needed behavior changes, critically evaluate health
information, and keep up with the latest cancer research.



Music Made Easy- $79

If you enjoy music and would like to know more about what makes it work,
this is the course for you. You'll gain a complete understanding of rhythm,
melody, and harmony, and you'll be able to recognize pitches on the musical
staff and on the keyboard. You'll also be able to build intervals, major
scales, and chords. By the time you complete this comprehensive and
full-featured course, you'll be able to read, write, and even play simple
musical pieces on a keyboard.
