The school I am for ever taking classes at as part of their Information
Systems Degree requires a class on this as part of their curriculum:

HUMN-445- Principles of Ethics
Through readings, discussions and case studies of contemporary issues, this
course helps students acquire the ethical tools to determine appropriate
courses of action. Ethical principles are applied to choices and decisions
that arise in professional and personal life and that reflect membership in
a democratic society.

Hopefully most schools require this. This course was very interesting and
was probably the most argumentative course I took. A lot of it discussed
issues that were going on in the computer industry at the time.

Forever going back to school it seems,
Cat
Sincerely,
Catherine Litten,
