according to MSGUTIL the error -542 from subsys 143 is...

The account does not exist on the volume set;
  the account was not found.  (FILE OPEN ERROR -542)
File System message 542

So maybe you need NEWACCT TELESUP;ONVS=your_set and then
also the NEWGROUP DISKDUMP.TELESUP;ONVS=your_set. You can
check the status with REPORT @.TELESUP;ONVS=your_set.
