Sherri:

I found that if you go, say, 65 75 mph, you can really get some "rad air"
off of the speedbump, as the skateboarders say. The little black ones would
only lift one side. But now, whooo baby. Just be sure that the lid on the
Starbucks is secure.

Oh, and be on the lookout for flying pickup trucks on 5th-- that would
probably be me.

Subject: [UTCSTAFF] Jolting Experience

I don't know about everyone else, but I have discovered two new speedbumps
on campus. The ones on 5th Avenue I can handle, but the discovery of the
raised pedestrian crosswalks was a rather jarring, car-shattering
experience.....and that was at the 25mph speed limit, I was NOT speeding.
Are there any plans to paint yellow lines or anything to warn vehicles of
their presence?? If you don't know they are there, they are very hard to
see, and can really rock your world when you come upon them unawares! I was
not pleased when I hit them the first time....

Just my .02 cents' worth....
