Mate! Until a few hours ago, I was still waiting for the lung specialist to
give me a clearance on diving. Now that I've seen him, passed the
spirometry test, (I failed it a month ago) and have been told that, apart
from the scarring that's probably been caused by breathing oily gas in the
past, my lungs are sound, I'm back in the diving race! (Although Huw and I
did sneak a dive in a week ago when we saw sharks, giant cuttlefish,
porcupinefish, flutemouths and lots of uvver stuff!) :-)

I'll now start putting my "thinking" cap on and begin looking at options
for - if that's OK? - late October/early November 2006? It'd be great to
see you all again - and to meet Kuty at long last ... if he's up to a trip
to the land of beer, birds and burgers? :-))))

(And if anyone feels that they can't make it - because their mother's were
frightened by a kangaroo, or whatever other lame excuse - then just don't
say anything! It's not obligatory to come here - and I ain't interested in
the reasons. Recreational diving's supposed to be fun! It has been in the
past with folks from this list, and it can be again. And none of us - well!
me at least - ain't getting any younger and I don't feel like playing in a
sandbox!) :-)
