Point your nntp reader to msnews.microsoft.com, and find the SBS group, or
point your web browser to their discussion boards (two interfaces, same
groups). MS rather cleverly awards a title to those who consistently answer
some number of questions correctly. That in itself is apparently motivation
enough to stimulate participation in the various discussion groups, besides
all the usual reasons of ego gratification and learning by participation and
such.

I don't think it's DHCP. I've been running a batch script regularly for
years to alert me when my workstation's IP address has changed. Since I
leave mine on, DHCP renews my lease repeatedly.
