Secure Web Conolse not responding

I have a remote hp3000/959 system that is connected to a hp secure web
console.  I performed a orderly system shut down from the console, and
everything worked fine up until the SHUT 6 process was display.  Now I
cannot get any command prompt. I have tried CTRL B, CTRL A,  CONSOLE resets
.. I do not have someone at the remote location that can reset the system.
Does anyone have an idea how I can get the console to respond.    I should
be able to do a CTRL B and RS to restart.
